Renovations are the most challenging endeavors for both the Clients and Architects.
Much of new work is based on what is existing, be it demolished or repaired or changed; the surprises can happen during the construction, as it is not always possible to establish the real state of some building system or part of a structure.
The span of required renovations goes in range from a tiny baby bedroom, through kitchen and bath and up to full house remodeling. Clients need created something that is not where it needs to be, or change something that exists already.
It is not necessarily correcting a bad design but rather a Client needs a change that feels new. It is about different, comfortable and welcoming space that make you feel better when being there, your family place, a destination for friends visit.
